You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Terms of Replacement of Bales

Le Pav Ltd must be informed within 14 days of delivery. If the bales have not been kept as per recommendations, replacement is at discretion of Le Pav ltd. The bale will be replaced completely if 90% of the bale is left, the plastic must be retained to return with bad bale. If less than 90% is left a charge for the amount used will apply, I.E. if 50% is used 50% of the cost of the replacement bale with be charged. If less than 25% of the bale is left no replacement of the bale will be made.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we only deliver to Jersey, Channel Islands.

  • Delivery Terms
    • Minimum qualities apply for delivery – see product.
    • Deliveries are twice a week weather permitting Wednesday (evening) & Saturday (all day) and may increase if required to for fill orders of bales in the winter months, this is at discretion of Le Pav Ltd
    • Must have good access for a vehicle with trailer access to where bales or products are going, and be able to turn around to get out.
    • Bales will not be lifted into lofts spaces, or carried up or down any stairs or ladders.
    • If the customer wishes to have a delivery across a field then they will become liable for any damages made to the vehicle. If vehicles become stuck when crossing fields etc. under the customer’s instruction then the customer must arrange to have the vehicle towed out, at their cost, immediately.
    • The cost of a vehicle being held up in this or a similar manner will be charged to the customer at a rate of £40 + GST per hour.
    • Le Pav with holds the right to refuse delivery, or carry out road side delivery if it is deemed un-safe or risk to staff or property.
